In this Regional Premiere of a new musical, four young New Yorkers’ lives intertwine, sometimes knowingly and sometimes when they haven’t even met. Lost thesis notes; confetti fraught with fortune-cookie wisdom; loves sought, avoided, won and lost all combine to turn ordinary days and Ordinary Days into something extraordinary. Playwright/composer Adam Gwon won the 2008 Fred Ebb Award for Musical Theatre Songwriting. When Ordinary Days played in London, What’s Onstage called it “brilliantly written.” Ordinary Days was originally produced and performed by Pennsylvania Centre Stage at Penn State University and was presented at the National Alliance for Musical Theatre’s 20th Annual Festival of New Musicals in October, 2008. |
