 Conservatory Class Winter/Spring 2010 Wrap Up On March 22, the latest Conservatory Program with MAPP/WSU and HR wrapped up the winter/spring 2010 session with a showcase of unique audition materials. Each of the eight students was responsible for creating an audition program which included 2 contrasting monologues and a song selected from musical theatre repertory. In addition to their individual programs the class performed two dance selections created during the 8 - week session and a spontaneous dance combination given to them during the showcase. Parents and friends got a rare look at the inner workings of the performing arts. The showcase was held at the Caryl D. Philips Creativity Center. The class included Hannah Vaughn, Kate Robinson, Katie Poppe , Cari Meixner, Carly Snyder, Korey Harlow, Katharine Wood, and Jade Marshall. |
